MSA Families -

In accordance with the latest directive from the state of Florida, schools will remain closed through April 30, 2020. MSA is moving to an online learning environment in which we can continue to educate students but still be in a safe environment for our health.

To help us assess technology needs, please complete the attached survey linked below.

Technology Needs Survey

Please note the following in regards to our program:

To continue instruction while we are out, teachers have created Google Classrooms (our preferred platform) which can be accessed by all students. Assignments and lessons will be provided during our time out of school to assure we are continuing to learn and move forward in our instruction. Teachers will communicate and provide feedback to students through online forums and telecommunication.

To access Google Classroom, please click the link below and follow the instructions. Students will need their ID badge to know their Unique ID (it is on their badge). If anyone has trouble, please email

Codes to access classrooms will be sent out to parents and students early next week. Please stay tuned for updates as we get closer to our online learning kickoff date.

It is important to us that we continue to develop our knowledge and move our education forward. Yes, we know that not all classes are online learning friendly, but we will do our best in these situations.

A great part about Google Classroom is that a computer is not required, as students can access this learning environment through a phone. We will do all we can to facilitate everyone’s participation in this program as we continue down this new road of education.

For any families that do not have internet access at home, Spectrum is offering 60 days of in-home access to help our communities with no installation fees. In addition, they have opened all their wifi hotspots in the communities for anyone to use during this crisis. If you are interested in the 60 day in home program, please contact Spectrum at 1-844-488-8398.

We are currently working on developing ways for students to gain access to meals through the school, as well as assessing technology needs of our community.

At this point, ALL school events are postponed until further notice.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at Thank you for your support, and we are all looking forward to returning to life as normal once this crisis averts.
