If you don't like your grade on a Quiz, retake it!  Just fill out a Vocabulary Study Guide, turn it in, and retake the Quiz.   There are no limits to the number of times you can retake a quiz within a marking period.

Meeting deadlines is critical to a productive life and is crucial if you want to keep your job. Students must turn in projects and classwork on time, however, understanding that some unforeseen circumstances may occur the following policy has been developed:

PROJECT: If your PROJECT will not be turned in on the day it is due and you are in class, the student must fill out a LATE WORK SUBMISSION REQUEST. This filled-out request must be signed by a parent or guardian and is due the next time the student attends class. Then the student will have up to two weeks (five class periods) to turn in that PROJECT with a 10% penalty. After this time period, the project will be counted as a zero.

CLASSWORK: CLASSWORK must be done on time in class if a student would like to make up classwork, the morning lab is available every morning from 8:30 – 9:30.

QUIZZES: If a student would like to retake a quiz, they must fill out a vocabulary study guide requesting a retake.

ABSENCE: If you are absent the day something is due it is your responsibility to make arrangements to make it up. You will have one day for every day absent to make up work missed during your absence.
